Stanowisko: Business Analyst - Nr ref. (12/01)


opis:* The main role at this position will be analyzing and defining business and
functional requirements, proposing the optimal solution as well as participating in
tests. Business Analyst will be acting between business requirements and IT project.
Main duties will include gathering and documenting requirements, performing use case
and domain object model analysis, interacting with information architects and
developers as well as planning and executing necessary tests.
* Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements from different levels of stakeholders
- Review and identify issues and opportunities in business processes
- Perform use case and domain object model analysis
- Work with QA team to develop test scripts to cover all software functionality
- Perform and document system gap analysis
- Participate in test automation (TFS, TRACK)
- Prepare the documentation (SVN)
- Communicate at various levels of an organization and in different localizations

wymagania:* Master degree in Computer Science or related field
* Minimum 2 years business analyst experience
* Minimum 3 years experience with the software development lifecycle
* Extensive practical experience performing and documenting system requirement,
analysis, and design
* Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
* High interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to communicate technical issues in a clear way
* Good work organization
* Ability to run several processes simultaneously
* Flexibility in thinking/action and pragmatic in solving problems
* Fluency in English is essential
* Agile methodology knowledge
* Good knowledge of test methodologies
* Scripting languages knowledge
* Good analytical skills
* MS SQL knowledge
* BI implements knowledge
