***** Security Team Leader

***** The Key Responsibilities:

* Developing, maintaining and implementing security incident response
plans, processes and practices
* Adoption of security processes, practices and training of EOC
Analysts
* Performing security risk and impacting analysis
* Monitoring the work of EOC Analysts
* Ensuring that good practice & processes are implemented and followed
by all Enterprise Operations Analysts. Ensuring all incidents are
resolved quickly within the agreed structured escalation process
* Ensuring security changes have no adverse impact on operational
services
* Proactively reporting on current threats and vulnerabilities
* Providing technical advice to Business Systems and Business
colleagues and producing monthly reports and information on
Security Operations performance
* Ensuring root cause analysis is conducted for security incidents
* Promoting security awareness in the business
* Being accountable for escalation process in the team and highlights
issues to WH technology senior managers if an issue could
significantly impact the business
* Providing strong leadership and guidance for the team, creating a
learning environment to support the career development of all team
members


***** We expect you have:

* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
* In depth knowledge of a broad spectrum of security technologies,
incorporating network, operating system and application security
* Establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders and 3rd
parties
* Communicates effectively at all levels
* Maintains a holistic view whilst dealing with day to day issues


***** Nice to have:

* Proven experience of leading a high performing technical security
team
* Knowledge of security policies and standards such as PCI-DSS and
ISO17799, 27001
* Ideally holds security certifications, CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC and
technical certifications, CCSP, CCSA, CCSE, CEH
