Developer requirements:
-Excellent knowledge of HTML, Java 7 and REST
-Experience of implementing APIs for internal and external use
-Experience of Linux and/or Mac OS X
-Experience of working on technical projects within a team
-Knowledge of the use of version control systems such as subversion or git
-Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems
-Experience of building and scaling high-traffic websites
-Understanding of Responsive Web Design
-Experience of handling large data sets and scaling their handling and storage
-Understanding of web architecture
-Excellent communication skills

What is a plus:
-MongoDB knowledge
-Flex knowledge
