You will be working with our usability architect and ruby on rails
team on delivering usable and beautiful Rich Internet Applications.
Your work will include:

o Creating complex ,,one page" applications in JavaScript.
o Working with Rails developers on improving usability and code of
existing applications.
o Cleaning up markup and stylesheets, ensuring their validness.
o Visualizing data using libraries like flot and processing.js

Required very strong experience in following areas:

o HTML4/5, xhtml

o Creating layout based on semantic tags. / knowledge of semantic
meaning of HTML tags
o Browser compatibility and ,,quirks"
o Adoption and plans for HTML5 (local store, web sockets)

o CSS 2/3

o Compatibility with modern browsers (together with IE 7)
o CSS Selectors
o Browser differences and "quirks"

o JavaScript

o Core language (prototype oriented, object oriented, closures)
o Frameworks: jQuery, YUI
o Testing frameworks

Nice to have (in order of importance):

o YUI( Data Table, DOM )
o jQuery(plugin development, jQUnit)
o ActionScript / Flash
o Ruby / Ruby on Rails
o Photoshop / GIMP Experience
o haml / sass / less
o Coffeescript
o Selenium or any other browser scripting test tool
