Development Engineer / Geologist

LSJ's client is the UK's leading company in the regeneration of land
through the recovery of coal from mine waste and is developing new
markets in Australia, the USA and Eastern Europe.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Development Engineer or
Geologist to work within our business development department. Based in
the South Yorkshire area of the UK and reporting to the Business
Development Director the successful candidate will organise and manage
the exploration and site investigation of potential new sites in the UK,
USA and Eastern Europe. On identifying a prospect the Engineer will
project manage the new site through the planning and permitting process.

Applicants should be active and energetic holding a good engineering or
geology degree, with excellent organisational, people skills and a can
do attitude. A strong communicator with the ability to engage with and
influence people at all levels, both internally and externally, you will
have command of both the English and Polish languages to a high written
and oral standard.
The successful candidate, will undergo a programme of in-house training
ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
