For our Client, a Polish company based in Szczecin, specialising in ship repairs in
Szczecin area and worldwide, we are looking for a reliable and skilled engineer to
work as the Chief of Technical Department.

Requirements:
- engineering degree (machine or marine construction, engine diagnostics and
related),
- good technical English,
- experience of 2+ years in ship repairs, engine overhaul and repairs of other marine
equipment,
- ability to read technical drawing, to prepare repair specifications (industrial and
marine), preparing lists of spare parts and tools for repairs, to inspect technical
devices and instruments,
knowledge of class society regulations,
- design basics,
- knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 system,
- driving licence,
- skilled in MS Windows system and software, Office suite and communication software,
- good work organisation,
- creativity and reliability,
- willingness to travel abroad as part of the job (repair jobs, trade fairs, meetings
with clients),
clean criminal record.

Nice to have:
- practice at sea,
- Seaman's Book with valid certifications,
- German language skills.
