Opis stanowiska:

The candidate will be involved in the design and development of C#
applications in the front office trading environment. Principally the
candidate will bring strong software engineering skills to the role,
along with an interest in developing real-time trading systems. The
candidate will be required to liaise closely with the trading desks to
deliver trading solutions, as well as to develop server-based trading
components. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who comes
from a C++ or Java background to cross-train into C#.

Responsibilities
* Analysis, Design and development of C# applications, taking
projects through the entire software development cycle from
requirements gathering to product release.
* Strong engineering input in the interaction and design of co-
operating systems.
* Maintaining and tuning existing applications to meet
performance criteria as business expands.
Qualifications
* B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
* Ability to absorb mathematical algorithms and develop high-
performance implementations.
* Minimum three years complex server side software development in C#, C
++ or Java.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for
interacting with traders, quantitative analysts, and other software
developers.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Financial services and capital markets knowledge a plus.
* Experience in performance tuning Windows platforms and
networking an advantage.
