call center and technical writing services. In order to accomplish our
challenging objectives we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Helpdesk Specialist
Requirements:
Technical background
. Degree/Diploma in a Technical discipline (or studies in progress)
. Working knowledge of common operating systems and software
applications
. Strong knowledge of Linux, Microsoft family of OS, and Microsoft
suite of applications
. Minimum of 1 year experience working in a technical support
environment
Communication skills
. Excellent client-facing qualification, good phone skills,
professional demeanour
. Ability to communicate technical problems clearly to all levels of
users and management
. Very good working knowledge of English
Personal characteristics
. Friendly personality, good interpersonal abilities
. Ability to work within the team with certain degree of
independence
. Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic
. Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision
. Able to work any given shift, days, weekends
