Stanowisko: Chief Technical Officer


opis:Your core responsibility will be to lead a team of engineers, web developers and
designers, and co-operate with business leaders to deliver high-quality web
applications that our users will love.

You will be in charge of helping the management identify most relevant features,
estimate costs and benefits of new products and delivering those features on time.
Your job will be to manage milestones, tickets, priorities and progress.

You will be responsible for assembling and managing a software team, delegating
responsibilities to best-fitted team members and training them according to business
needs. You will also be accountable for the quality of delivered code.

It will be your job to ensure that our production infrastructure is working
flawlessly.

development, Git, PHP, Zend, jQuery


wymagania:You are a perfect candidate if you can answer YES to almost all of the
following questions:

- Are you experienced in team and project management using Agile techniques?
- Are you passionate about HTTP and latest Web development trends?
- Are you an expert in the area of web application architectures (REST, SOAP,
client-side, server-side, MVC, scalability, high availability)?
- Do you understand very well the concept of test-driven development and use it
extensively; do you use design patterns helping in code testability (dependency
injection, service stub, etc.)?
- Are you an advanced Git user?
- Do you know advanced PHP 5.3 (meta-programming, closures, late static binding,
etc.)
- Do you know Zend Framework and PHPUnit very well?
- Are you familiar with HTML5?
- Are you familiar with jQuery and its ecosystem?
- Do you have a sense of elegance? Can you pick an appropriate solution for a
particular problem?
- Do you have excellent written and spoken English?
- Are you an active learner?
- Do you understand the business context of web applications?

Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of other dynamic programming languages and frameworks (Ruby, Python,
Rails, Django, etc.)
- Contribution to open-source projects
