***** Job description:

* Use technical knowledge to support new and existing systems
* Analyse competitor activity, features and abilities
* Impact on business growth if targets not achieved
* Impact on recurring business customers if systems are not deployed
properly
* Regular verbal and written communication with both internal and
external customers:
** Internal relationships: Global Sales and Engineering teams.
** External relationships: Direct Customers, Integrators and
Installers.
* Present technical data in a comprehensible format
* Communicate at technical and professional levels demonstrating
industry and product knowledge
* Product Management of Software Security products
* Translate company objectives into segment objectives & actions
* Screen on a systematic basis the financial and commercial results,
detect irregularities or opportunities, undertake actions + report
on it
* Be an Ambassador" of the product line you manage
* Follow the markets and main competitors from nearby
* Manages the Product Lifecycle Management process (PLM)
* Key interface to the Global Product Development department
* International onsite support and travel required as per project
scope
* Manage multiple product lines to ensure customer goals and customer
expectations are met
* Deliver training sessions and assist in the customer marketing
* Customer facing for new product introductions
* Complete basic tender and proposal documentation (specifications)

* Strong experience on similar position
* Product management skills
** Translate company objectives into product innovation actions in
a roadmap
** Determine the functional product specifications
** Manage the full product creation process
** Support sales in daily operational questions
** Advise sales on pricing and cost issues
** Foresee product training presentations and train customers,
colleagues, etc
** Attend on a regular basis sales meetings in different
countries, gather useful market info and define concrete actions.
** Give input to Marketing Services concerning product
information, specification list of required sales tools, content
provider for brochures, internet,.
** Define content and organize for necessary installation tests in
order to make up installation manuals
* Skills and experience
** MBA/Master in ict/software engineering
** Skilled with Windows Office and presentation techniques
** Experience with SaaS / Software as a Service
** Good understanding of SAP / IFS or other ERP system
** International mindset with experience in multi-lingual,
multicultural systems is a must.
** Excellent English both spoken and written, additional European
languages are a strong plus
* Personal Traits
** Excellent communicator, multicultural, multilingual, influencer
** Collaborative spirit (team player)
** Takes initiative - need to have an entrepreneurial mindset to
define and develop the marketing group
** Good networker and communicator- 3-4 years experience in
managing product lines is a must

** Innovative - able to suggest new processes and work with end
users to improve efficiency and productivity.
** Curious - willing to ask questions, dig deeper, and truly
understand this highly complex IT landscape
** Organized -S/he needs to be able to prioritize tasks and stay
on top of things
** Player/coach leadership style
** Ability to work under time pressure and in resource lean
environment
