Essential Position Responsibilities:
-Accounts employees' wages, including processing of vacation and
absences as regards social benefits and tax requirements
-Data entry into the payroll software including working with "Płatnik"
application
-Calculates travel expenses
-Prepares, reviews and verifies payroll documents for accuracy, makes
necessary adjustments or corrections through established procedures
-Assisting in preparing declarations for ZUS
Essential Position Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the area of payroll
processing in international organization
-Knowledge of payroll principles, practices, regulations and
procedures (ZUS, tax regulations, business travel, vacation, absences,
Social Fund, etc.)
-Knowledge of payroll data processing practices and procedures
-Skill in operating various payroll software applications (familiarity
with HRB Payroll Software will be an asset)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Word
-Very good communication skills
Education:
-Master degree in Finance or Accountancy
-Fluent in English
