Poznan - Helpdesk specialist
For our international project we are looking for helpdesk specialists.
The mission:
- Provide help desk support for requests coming in over the help desk
phone line, voice mail, email etc.
- First level end user application, web application and IT
infrastructure support for internal users.
Professional skills:
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Oracle database system
- Understanding of IT Systems and technologies
- Desirable: previous experience supporting end user software and/or
hardware
Interpersonal skills:
- Demonstrate customer focus and ability to work in (global) teams
- Professional project attitude
- Self-driven mind-set
Position type: contract/permanent
Monthly gross salary: PLN 5000 - 8000
(Depending on experience and contract type)
