Warsaw - Helpdesk / Fist Line Support
For our international client we are looking for helpdesk (Fist Line
Support) specialists.
The mission:
- Provide help desk support for requests coming in over the help desk
phone line, voice mail, email etc.
- First level end user application, web application and IT
infrastructure support for internal users.
Professional skills:
- Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Danish, Norwegian
or Swedish
- Understanding of IT Systems and technologies
- Desirable: fluency in more than one of the mentioned languages
- Desirable: previous experience supporting end user software and/or
hardware
Interpersonal skills:
- Demonstrate customer focus and ability to work in (global) teams
Ability to work on shifts: 2 shifts, working hours 6:00 - 24:00
We will support an appropriate and detailed training in the expected
business area
Position type: contract/permanent
Monthly gross salary: PLN 4000 - 6000
(Depending on experience and contract type)
(The salary can be higher for freelancers)
